1. Acceptance of These Terms

By using this website, calling the phone number shown on it, emailing us, or submitting a request through it, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

2. About This Website

This website is operated by Woodstock Mobile Truck Repair ("Woodstock Mobile Truck Repair", "we", "us") to help truck and trailer owners in Woodstock, Ontario and the surrounding area find mobile truck repair, truck tire repair, roadside assistance and heavy duty towing. This website is a referral service only. Calls, emails and form submissions are passed to Simplicity Car Care (13457206 Canada Inc.) ("Simplicity Car Care"), an independent company that provides the actual diagnostic, repair, maintenance, inspection, tire, battery boost, fuel delivery, towing and roadside services described on this site.

References on this website to "our team", "our mechanics", "our technicians", "our shop", "our repair shop", "our fleet" or "our tow trucks" describe the services, premises and equipment of Simplicity Car Care and its personnel. Woodstock Mobile Truck Repair does not employ the mechanics, technicians or drivers who attend your vehicle.

3. Services Are Provided by Simplicity Car Care

All services are performed by Simplicity Car Care under its own terms, policies, warranties and pricing. Any agreement for services is made directly between you and Simplicity Car Care. Questions about quotes, estimates, invoices, payment, parts, warranties, arrival times, the handling of your truck, trailer or cargo, storage, insurance paperwork or damage claims must be directed to Simplicity Car Care.

4. Pricing and Payment

Any prices, estimates or quotes are set and provided by Simplicity Car Care. Woodstock Mobile Truck Repair does not set prices, collect payment or issue invoices for repair, towing or roadside services.

5. Response Times and Availability

Statements such as "24/7", "as soon as possible", "quick", "rapid" or "fast" describe the general availability of the referred service. Actual arrival and repair times depend on location, weather, traffic, parts availability, demand and other factors outside our control. Woodstock Mobile Truck Repair does not guarantee that a service provider will be available at any particular time, arrive within any particular time, or be able to complete a repair on-site.

6. Limitation of Liability

Because Woodstock Mobile Truck Repair is a referral service only, Simplicity Car Care (13457206 Canada Inc.) performs all work and bears all responsibility for it. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Woodstock Mobile Truck Repair and its owners are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay, downtime, lost income, cost or claim arising from or related to the services provided by Simplicity Car Care, including the quality of any repair or parts, damage to or loss of a truck, trailer or cargo, personal injury, towing, storage or other charges, or any act or omission of Simplicity Car Care or its mechanics, technicians or drivers.

This website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Woodstock Mobile Truck Repair is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, 2002 or other laws that cannot be excluded by agreement.

7. Safety and Emergencies

If anyone is injured, or you are in immediate danger, call 911 first. If you are broken down, move your truck to a safe location away from traffic where possible and use your hazard lights and warning devices. This website and phone line are not an emergency service.

8. Website Content

We try to keep the information on this website accurate, but it may contain errors or become out of date. We may change or remove content at any time without notice. All text, images and logos on this website belong to Woodstock Mobile Truck Repair or are used with permission and may not be copied without our written consent.

9. Third-Party Websites and Services

This website uses a Google Maps embed and Google Fonts and may link to other websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third-party websites or services.

How we handle the personal information you provide is described in our Privacy Policy.
